Four months after launching on their own e-commerce site, Norwegian sustainable skin care brand Eir wished to create a physical Eir universe for consumers to experience. Only available online, the brand saw the need to connect physically with customers, and shortly after selecting VASS as their PR partner, the assignment was clear: the production of an Eir pop-up shop. The shop was curated in a city central empty location where full production, décor, interior and execution was facilitated by VASS. For two days only, the Eir pop-up shop was open, accepting payments via Vipps, offering personalised skincare consultations.
VASS hosted an influencer breakfast as a pre-opening of the shop giving key profiles a first look and the opportunity to share in-store deals with their followers. Strengthening the brand´s connection to loyal consumers and developing local brand awareness the activation resulted in increased brand equity with a personal touch. Objectives for recruiting new customers to the brand was met through word of mouth, walk-ins and social media coverage. VASS realised a targeted consumer-facing marketing stunt for this fresh-faced, extraordinary brand we are proud to call our client.
